The RaceLine Series bender by JMR is designed for the fabricator on a budget, who is still looking for all of heavy duty features JMR benders are known for. This bender features uncoated alloy steel arms, nylon/graphite bushings at the main pivot point, and heat treated 4140 steel pins. (arms/pins/bushing are the same as our hydraulic benders) The bender's 3 speed design gives plenty of leverage to bend up to 2 inch round tube by hand, but can also be upgraded to hydraulics later increasing the capacity to 2.5" OD/2" pipe/square. Includes degree ring and pointer.

The race line bender is a quality piece. Assembly was straight forward. Threw a little rattle can rustoleum hammer tone just to keep the rust away a little longer, but it would need to be submerged in the ocean to rust through those arms. Can’t wait to upgrade to hydrolic. Bending 1.75 x .120 dom manually is a workout.
